Fun Warm Ups With Upbeat Music
Every class begins with a good warm up, to avoid any pulled or sprain muscles during class.
This class is great for all fitness levels our coaches will be there to help guide you the entire time. 


Learn Awesome Kickboxing Combos

After your warm ups, its time to kick and punch the heavy bag. The coach will go over a kickboxing combination that is good for your level.

This is when you will learn proper technique, so you can have a blast kicking and punching the correct way. 
While you work out by kicking and punching you will also be getting in a great WORKOUT.


Build Strength and get toned

After some good bag work we will go into strength training. Now don't let this scare you if you haven't worked out in a while.
